How We Work Together

I believe in price transparency. You will not need a sales call to get a sense of what the work costs.

I work with CEOs, presidents, and founders of growing companies who are carrying a revenue function without a permanent CRO or Head of Sales in the seat or when that person needs short-term support to make fast progress. The path is the same for everyone: a free conversation, a paid planning session, and then, if you want my help executing the plan, one of four engagements sized to how much of me you need.

The First Steps

This is how we get started

1

The Discovery Call

Complimentary, 30 minutes.

This is where we get to know one another. I learn why you are looking for someone to help you improve revenue, and you decide whether I am the right person to do it. I keep these calls to 30 minutes out of respect for everyone's time. If we need a second call to go deeper, we schedule one.

2

The Planning Session

$2,500 applied as a one-time credit to any engagement that follows. 90 minutes to 2 hours.

This is where we go past introductions and into your business. You will have homework before we meet: a set of detailed questions to answer and data to gather for me to review.

You leave the session with three things in writing. A clearly defined current state of your revenue function. A clearly defined future state. And the specific actions I recommend to get you from one to the other.

Some companies take that plan and run it themselves. The four engagements below are for the ones that want me involved in making it happen.

The Engagements

Each one builds on the last. Pick based on how much oversight you need, from a single strategy day to a full seat on your team

The Strategy Launch

Turning your plan into your team's plan

$9,750

Travel at cost for in-person meetings. Can be split into 2 half-day virtual sessions, or run as an offsite at a venue of your choice, coordinated by me

Choose this if you have a strong leadership team in place and need them aligned and moving.

I take what we learned in the Planning Session and run a full-day strategy meeting with your key stakeholders. We identify those people together, and I hold a conversation with each of them beforehand to gather perspective the room would not otherwise hear. Then I build the agenda: discussion, working sessions, and action planning, with the people who will carry out the plan present. Decisions made without them rarely thrive or even survive.

By the end of the day you have a clear action plan, an agreed timeline, KPIs with expected outcomes, and named owners for accountability. We also set a follow-up cadence, which I run, so the plan survives past the week it was written.

The Revenue Partnership

Coach the Coach

$28,500

Typically 3 to 4 months. 50% at signature, balance in 2 installments at 45-day intervals.

Choose this if you want me to work directly with your leadership team, week over week, until the actions and accountability on their own.

Includes everything in The Strategy Launch, plus:

  • KPI Dashboard setup and oversight.

  • A weekly 1:1 with you to review progress and work through issues as they arise.

  • Weekly sessions with your leadership team to review milestones, solve problems, and mark the wins.

  • A monthly formal review with the full leadership team, you included, to report status and adjust the plan based on performance.

  • A wrap-up report with findings, summary of adjustments made, KPI results, and the framework your team carries forward without me.

  • Optional 1:1 coaching with your leaders to raise performance.

Revenue Management

Coach the Player

$48,000

Typically 3 to 4 months, extendable based on need and availability. 50% at signature, balance in 3 installments at 30-day intervals.

Choose this if you need me acting as a sales manager on yoru team, not just coaching the people who manage.

Includes everything in The Strategy Launch and The Revenue Partnership, plus direct oversight of up to 5 sellers:

  • A weekly 1:1 with each seller covering pipeline, territory management, sales skills, and account planning.

  • Weekly sales call reviews, depending on the tech you have in place.

  • Direct participation in up to 10 customer calls per month.

TACTICAL DELIVERY

Execution Projects

You might have a full strategic plan in place but not the bandwidth or staff to execute a specific piece of it. When you know what you want to accomplish and need someone to get it done, I can step in for a short project-level engagement and see it through to completion.

Pricing depends on scale and length. Most projects land between $15,000 and $35,000, and you will have a fixed quote before we start. Examples of projects I lead are below. Have something else in mind? Book a Discovery Call.

01 / PLANNING

Sales meeting and sales kickoff planning and execution

Your kickoff sets the tone for the whole year, and it usually falls to someone who already has a full-time job. I take the whole thing off their plate, content and logistics both.

The content: a theme and objectives tied to your revenue plan, the agenda, pre-work with your presenters so sessions land instead of filling time, facilitation of the working sessions, and a 30/60/90 reinforcement plan so what happens in the room shows up in the field.

The logistics: venue selection, vendor and AV coordination, scheduling, and the budget, managed against your numbers. Most firms in this space do one half or the other; you would otherwise be hiring a sales trainer and an event planner and refereeing between them. Venue, travel, and production costs are yours and billed directly. My fee covers the planning and the execution.

02 / EVALUATION

CRM evaluation and implementation

Choosing a CRM is a sales decision before it is a software decision. I define the requirements from how your team actually sells, run the evaluation, negotiate with the vendors, and lead the implementation partner so the build serves sellers and managers instead of the other way around. Your pipeline stages, fields, and reporting arrive matched to your sales process, and your team is trained on it before I leave.

03 / OPERATIONS

Tech stack redesign

Most sales organizations are paying for more tools than they use. I inventory what you have, measure it against what your process actually needs, and then make the changes: cut what is not earning its subscription, consolidate what overlaps, fix the gaps that are costing sellers time, and negotiate the renewals. This is not an audit that ends in a report. You end up with a leaner stack, a lower total bill in most cases, and a written account of what each remaining tool is for and who owns it.

04 / AUTOMATION

AI integration

Every sales team is being told to use AI and almost nobody has been shown how. I identify where AI actually saves your sellers and managers time (call review, research, pipeline hygiene, forecast prep), select the tools, build the working standards for how your team uses them, and train the team. The measure of success is hours returned to selling, not tools adopted.

Start With The Call

Bring one question about your revenue that you have not been able to get a straight answer to... Honest. Real. Without pretense.
